Reopening Process by Closure Type

Normal Closure

  • If your account was closed through the standard process, the reopening can be considered immediately by contacting customer support.

Timeout

  • If you set a temporary timeout, your account will automatically reopen when the timeout period ends.

  • Early reopening is not possible during the timeout period.

Self-Exclusion

  • For self-exclusion periods (6 months, 1 year, or 5 years), early reopening is not available.

  • Your account will only become available for reopening once the full self-exclusion period has ended
