Setting limits on your account is a great way to stay in control and enjoy responsible gaming at LuckyCasino. You can configure daily, weekly, or monthly limits for deposits and losses, as well as session time limits.
Step 1: Open the Side Menu
From the homepage, click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner.
Step 2: Access Responsible Gambling Tools
Select “My Account” from the menu.
Click “Responsible Gambling” to view available tools.
Step 3: Navigate to Limits
In the Responsible Gambling section, choose “Manage Limits”.
Click “Set Limits” to open the limit settings pop-up.
Step 4: Configure Your Limits
In the pop-up, you can set any of the following (all times use UTC time zone):
Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits
Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total losses
Session Time Limits: Maximum daily playtime
Tip: You don’t need to fill in every field—only set the limits that suit you.
Important Notes
Daily limits reset every 24 hours based on UTC calendar days.
Lowering any limit takes effect immediately.
Increasing or removing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Once a limit is reached, you cannot exceed it until the next period begins.
