LIMITS
Setting personalized limits is a proactive way to manage your play and stay within your budget. All time-based limits follow the UTC time zone, and daily limits reset every 24-hour calendar day.
DEPOSIT LIMIT
Purpose: Control how much you deposit.
Effect: Once you reach your limit, further deposits are blocked until the next period.
Please be aware that all limits are applied according to the UTC time zone.
LOSS LIMIT
Purpose: Cap the amount you can lose (total wagers minus winnings).
Effect: Once reached, new bets are blocked until the limit resets.
Please be aware that all limits are applied according to the UTC time zone.
LIMITS MANAGEMENT
Lowering a Limit: Takes effect immediately.
Increasing or Cancelling a Limit: Becomes active after 24 hours.
TIMEOUT
A timeout is an option for taking a break from gambling and will suspend your account for the time you need, giving you some time to cool off and reflect on your gambling situation. The time periods that we offer are 1 day, 7 days, 1 month, 2 months or 3 months.
SELF EXCLUSION
If you need a break from gambling, self-exclusion will close your account for a minimum of six months. After this period, you may request to reopen your account. Remember to self-exclude from any other platforms you use as well.
