Bonus Spins have no wagering requirements, so any winnings go straight to your cash balance. They expire 14 days after being credited to your account and can only be used on the games specified when they are issued.

Funds Bonuses are credited as Bonus Money and come with a x5 wagering requirement. While playing with Bonus Money, your bet must not exceed $5.00 per spin, or the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited. Funds Bonuses expire 14 days after being credited to your account.

Lucky Coins must be claimed within 14 days of receiving them. Any unclaimed coins will be lost. Once claimed, Lucky Coins do not expire under normal circumstances.

If you do not place a real-money bet in 90 days, 500 Lucky Coins will be deducted from your balance each day until you place a qualifying bet or your balance reaches zero.

All deposits are subject to a 1x wagering requirement under our Terms and Conditions. This also applies to deposits made to participate in a Challenge.

Wheel Tokens expire 30 days after being credited. All prizes are final.

The Weekly Tournament runs from Monday at 00:00 until Sunday at 23:59, based on your local time. Any won prizes are automatically credited approximately five minutes after the tournament ends.

The Monthly Tournament runs from the first until the last day of the month. Any prizes you win are automatically credited after the tournament ends.

If you have a concern about a tournament result, you must contact us within seven days of the tournament closing. Once this period has passed, the final leader board will stand.

Wagering with Bonus Money does not earn XP or count towards Challenge progress. Only eligible real-money gameplay contributes to XP and Challenge progress.
