Clearing Cookies & Cache (browsers and devices)

Clearing your browser's cookies and cache can help resolve gaming and site issues. This guide walks you through the process for all major browsers and devices.

Important Reminder

When clearing your browser data, you only need to delete cookies and cache. Keep all other data untouched by unchecking options like browser history, open tabs, saved passwords, and autofill information. This preserves your important saved information while fixing potential issues.

Note: Steps may vary slightly depending on your browser version or operating system.


Mobile Browsers

Google Chrome

Android:

  • Open Chrome and tap the three-dot menu → SettingsPrivacy and securityClear browsing data.

  • Set Time range to All time.

  • Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."

  • Tap Clear data and confirm.

iOS:

  • Open Chrome and tap More (three dots, usually bottom-right) → Delete Browsing Data.

  • Set Time range to All Time.

  • Check Cookies, Site Data, and Cached Images and Files.

  • Tap Clear Browsing Data and confirm.

  • Restart Chrome or your device.


Mozilla Firefox

Android:

  • Open Firefox and tap the menu (three dots) → SettingsPrivacy & securityDelete browsing data.

  • Select Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.

  • Tap Delete browsing data and confirm.

iOS:

  • Open Firefox and tap the menu (three lines or dots) → SettingsClear Private Data or Delete Browsing Data.

  • Select Cookies and Cache.

  • Tap Clear Private Data and confirm.


Samsung Internet

Android:

  • Open Samsung Internet and tap the menu (three lines) → SettingsPrivacyDelete browsing data.

  • Set Time range to All time.

  • Select Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.

  • Tap Delete and confirm.


Safari

iOS:

  • Open Settings → scroll down to Safari.

  • Tap Clear History and Website Data (this clears cookies and cache).

  • Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data.

  • For selective clearing: go to SafariAdvancedWebsite DataRemove All Website Data.

  • Restart Safari.


Brave

Android:

  • Open Brave and tap the menu (three dots) → SettingsBrave Shields & PrivacyClear browsing data.

  • Set Time range to All time.

  • Check Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.

  • Tap Clear Data and confirm.

iOS:

  • Open Brave and tap three dots or the bottom menu → SettingsShields & PrivacyClear Private Data or Clear Data.

  • Select Cookies and Cache.

  • Tap Clear Data Now and confirm.


Opera / Opera GX

Android:

  • Open Opera or Opera GX and tap the three-dot menu → SettingsClear browsing data.

  • Set Time range to All time.

  • Check Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.

  • Tap Clear data and confirm.

iOS:

  • Open Opera or Opera GX and tap the profile or menu → SettingsClear browsing data.

  • Set Time range to All time.

  • Check Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.

  • Tap Clear data.


Desktop Browsers

Google Chrome

Windows:

  • Open Chrome and press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (or click the three dots ⋮ → More tools → Clear browsing data).

  • Set Time range to All time.

  • Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."

  • Click Clear data.

macOS:

  • Open Chrome and press Command + Shift + Delete (or click the three dots ⋮ → More tools → Clear browsing data).

  • Set Time range to All time.

  • Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."

  • Click Clear data.


Mozilla Firefox

Windows:

  • Open Firefox and go to the three-line menu ☰ → SettingsPrivacy & Security.

  • Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.

  • Check "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content."

  • Click Clear, then confirm.

macOS:

  • Open Firefox and click Firefox in the menu bar → SettingsPrivacy & Security.

  • Go to Cookies and Site DataClear Data.

  • Check "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content."

  • Click Clear.


Brave

Windows:

  • Open Brave and click the three-line menu ⋯ → SettingsPrivacy and SecurityClear browsing data.

  • Set Time range to All time.

  • Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."

  • Click Clear now.

macOS:

  • Open Brave → Brave menuSettingsPrivacy and SecurityClear Browsing Data.

  • Set Time range to All time.

  • Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."

  • Click Clear now.


Opera / Opera GX

Windows:

  • Open Opera or Opera GX and click the O menu → SettingsPrivacy & SecurityClear browsing data.

  • Set Time range to All time.

  • Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."

  • Click Clear data.

macOS:

  • Open Opera or Opera GX → Opera menuPreferencesPrivacy & SecurityClear browsing data.

  • Set Time range to All time.

  • Check "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files."

  • Click Clear data.


Microsoft Edge

Windows:

  • Open Edge and click the three dots ⋯ → Settings.

  • Go to Privacy, search, and services section.

  • Click Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data.

  • Set Time range to All time.

  • Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."

  • Click Clear now.


Safari

macOS:

  • Open Safari and click Safari menuPreferencesPrivacy.

  • Click Manage Website Data.

  • Select specific sites to remove or click Remove All to clear all cookies and cache.


After Clearing

After clearing your cookies and cache, restart your browser or device and try accessing the game or site again.
