Let me break down the odds from the picture below:
1st column represent the odds on the winner of the game.
2nd column represents the odds on the winner, but only applies if the winner scored more than the indicated points (48.5 in this case).
3rd column shows handicap, handicap is a modification of odds, applying a plus or minus. In this case, this shows the odds if you apply more or less points to the final result.
