Why was my withdrawal cancelled?

Having a withdrawal rejected can be frustrating. This article will help you understand common reasons for withdrawal rejections and guide you on how to resolve them.

Updated over 2 months ago

1. Unmet Wagering Requirements

Before you can withdraw, you must wager your deposit at least once.

  • Example: If you deposited $10, you need to place bets totaling at least $10 before withdrawing any winnings.

  • Policy Reminder: “To withdraw any amount, you must wager the full deposit at least once. We might charge a 30% processing fee if you withdraw before completing the wagering.”

2. Payment Method Mismatch

Withdrawals must be sent back to the same payment method and account used for the deposit.

  • Example: If you deposited via Interac, your withdrawal will be processed to that same Interac account.

3. Third-Party Account Restrictions

We cannot process withdrawals to accounts or cards not in your name.

  • Using another person’s account for withdrawals may result in account closure.
