Experiencing Location Issues?

If you see a message indicating we can't confirm your location in Ontario, this is likely a location detection problem. Ontario regulations require you to be physically located in Ontario to deposit and play.

Why Location Issues Occur

Location detection problems can happen for several reasons:

  • You are actually located outside Ontario

  • Location services are disabled on your device

  • You are near the provincial border

  • A VPN or proxy is masking your real location

  • Your device's security settings are blocking your IP address

  • Cookies have saved a location from a previous visit elsewhere

How to Resolve Location Issues

Step 1: Clear Cache & Cookies

Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Refer to our complete guide for detailed instructions.

Step 2: Use Incognito or Private Mode

Open the site in an incognito or private window via your browser menu.

Step 3: Check Your Location Services

Ensure your browser and device permissions allow location access. Verify that location services are enabled in your device settings.

Step 4: Disable VPNs or Proxies

If you're using a VPN or proxy, disable it temporarily. These services can mask your real location.

Step 5: Try a Different Browser

Switch to a different web browser to see if the issue persists.

Step 6: Switch Devices

If possible, try accessing the site from a different device.

Step 7: Additional Troubleshooting Steps

  • Turn off your modem for 30 minutes, then turn it back on.

  • Make sure all browsers and devices are updated to their latest versions.

  • Restart the device you're using to ensure an accurate location reading.

  • Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data connections.
